Keller Minimal Sliding Doors
Our product range captures the essence of minimalist design by blending simplicity with functionality and comfort. The minimal windows®4+ system features premium triple-glazed windows, available as sliding or fixed units, ideal for creating expansive glass façades. These windows not only fill interiors with natural light but also offer unobstructed views of the outdoors, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.
With the 4+ system, architects have the freedom to realize their creative visions, accommodating oversized glass surfaces up to 6 meters high and supporting sash weights of up to 2,204 lbs. Our solutions meet the latest energy-efficient building standards, making them perfect for low-energy and passive houses.
When combined with high-quality insulating glass, the 4+ system achieves Uw values as low as 0.123 BTU/(hrft²°F) leading to significant energy savings. Additionally, our aluminum frames, designed to endure strong wind loads, maintain a sleek profile of just 1″ to 1-5/16″, allowing for seamless integration into floors, ceilings, or walls.
We provide architects, contractors, and homeowners with a vast array of design possibilities. Our products offer endless options, from mullion-free inner or outer corners to pivot units and all-glass corners. For a truly seamless indoor-outdoor transition, our sliding units can even disappear into specially designed wall pockets, creating unobstructed views and unmatched aesthetics.
Additionally, the minimal windows®4+ system is certified under the Florida Building Code (license number FL 46854).
For compliance with FBC, the system supports a maximum frame width of 225” and a maximum frame height of 120-7/16” with two panels (one fixed and one movable).
Another configuration with three panels (one fixed and two movable) allows for a maximum frame width of 345” and a maximum frame height of 120-7/16”.
Both configurations are designed to handle loads of +60 / -80 psf.
